With years of experience in administration, customer service and eCommerce operations, I know how to keep things organised, running smoothly and looking polished - from what your customers see to the details behind the scenes.

I help small business owners, creatives and entrepreneurs free up their time, clear their to-do lists and feel in control again.

When you work with me, you’re not just getting a Virtual Assistant - you’re getting a reliable, detail-loving, coffee fuelled sidekick who genuinely cares about your business as much as you do.

  • Think of The VA Edit as your behind-the-scenes right hand! We help with admin, customer service, scheduling, content support and all those little (and big!) tasks that keep your business running smoothly.

  • Just about everything! From inbox and calendar management, to client onboarding, file organisation, proofreading, scheduling and travel planning. If you’re not sure if something is in my wheelhouse, just ask!

  • No we work with all industries! Our skills are flexible, so we can adapt to your business needs.

  • Yes! If you have a one off project, we can look at a Custom Package. Otherwise, an hourly rate can be arranged which is great for ad-hoc tasks!

  • You choose the number of hours and types of service that suits your businesses needs. We’ll agree on the scope before starting, so you know exactly what’s included.

  • Packages require full payment up front. Any additional hours will be billed at the end of the decided billing period or when your package renews.

  • Additional hours will be billed at the hourly rate based on the Package you are signed up to.
